Everything about creating and managing your Unexch account

Visit unexch.net/register and complete the three-step form — enter your full name and Pakistani mobile number, set a username and password, then verify with an OTP sent to your +92 number. The whole process takes under two minutes on any smartphone. Your account is active the moment you confirm the OTP.

Yes. You must be 18 years or older to register and play on Unexch — no exceptions. Your date of birth is collected at registration and verified against your CNIC during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and all balances are returned.

No. Unexch allows one account per individual — linked to one CNIC, one mobile number and one set of payment details. Creating duplicate accounts violates our Terms and Conditions. Both accounts will be closed and any balance or winnings may be voided. If you have forgotten your login, use the Forgot Password function at unexch.net/login.

KYC is required before processing your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) and proof of your payment method — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet showing your registered mobile number. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours. You can still deposit and play while KYC is pending.

Go to unexch.net/login and click Forgot Password. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Use that OTP to set a new password. The OTP is valid for 5 minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered number, email support@unexch.net with your full name, username and CNIC number for manual account recovery.

Yes, but this requires identity verification. Email support@unexch.net from your registered email address, provide your username and CNIC, and explain the situation. Our team will verify your identity and update the number. This process usually takes 1–2 business days.

You can request permanent account closure by emailing support@unexch.net. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Note that permanent closure is a form of self-exclusion — you will not be able to re-register during the exclusion period. If you simply need a break, a cool-off period may be more suitable.
Deposits
Adding PKR funds to your Unexch wallet

Unexch supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are in PKR — no foreign currency or international transfers needed. Full details are at unexch.net/deposit-and-withdrawal.

The minimum deposit is Rs 100 via Easypaisa and JazzCash. For IBFT bank transfers and card payments, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Unexch, though your bank or mobile wallet may impose its own transfer limits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly in most cases. NayaPay and SadaPay typically take 1–3 minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, email support@unexch.net with your transaction reference number.

Unexch does not charge any deposit fees. Your full deposit amount is credited to your PKR wallet. However, your mobile wallet provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash) or bank may charge a small transaction fee on their end — check with your provider for their current rates.

No. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under Unexch's terms. Deposits from accounts registered in another person's name will be reversed and the associated Unexch account may be suspended pending investigation.

First check your wallet or bank to confirm whether the amount was deducted. If money was taken but the Unexch balance wasn't updated, save the transaction reference number and email support@unexch.net immediately. Our team resolves failed deposit cases within a few hours. If nothing was deducted, simply retry — failed transactions on the payment gateway do not charge you.

Yes. Unexch allows you to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Any increase to a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before it activates. This tool is available to all registered players and is part of our responsible gaming commitment.
Withdrawals
Getting your PKR winnings out of your Unexch wallet

Go to your Unexch account → Wallet → Withdraw. Select your withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT or card), enter the amount and confirm with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Full withdrawal guidance is at unexch.net/deposit-and-withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for all methods. There is no upper cap set by Unexch on withdrawal amounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification steps for security purposes.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. IBFT bank transfers take 2–24 hours depending on your bank's processing times. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Unexch does not charge withdrawal fees. The full amount you request is sent to your payment method. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own incoming transfer fees — check with them for current rates. Unexch has no control over third-party provider fees.

Common reasons include: KYC documents not yet verified, an active bonus wagering requirement not fully met, a mismatch between the Unexch account name and payment method account name, or a withdrawal to a different method than the one used for the most recent deposit. Email support@unexch.net with your withdrawal reference number for a specific explanation.

Generally, Unexch requires withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit — this is a standard anti-fraud control. If your original payment method is no longer accessible, contact support@unexch.net with documentation explaining the situation and the team will review the case individually.
Cricket Betting
How betting markets, odds and settlements work on Unexch

Unexch covers all major cricket formats — PSL, Test matches, ODIs, T20Is and major domestic tournaments. Available markets include match winner, toss winner, top batsman, total runs, player of the match, over/under runs per over and many live in-play markets that open once the game starts. Market availability varies by match significance. Check unexch.net/betting-odds for current markets.

Backing means you bet that something will happen — for example, backing Pakistan to win the match. Laying means you bet that something will not happen — for example, laying Pakistan to win means you win if they lose or draw. Unexch is an exchange, so you are betting against other players, not against the house. This typically results in better odds than fixed-odds bookmakers.

Bets are settled based on the official match result from the relevant cricket board (PCB, BCCI, ICC, etc.). Settled winnings are credited to your PKR wallet automatically, usually within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed. For abandoned matches or official no-result declarations, all open bets are voided and stakes returned.

Yes. Unexch offers live in-play betting on most major cricket matches. Markets update ball-by-ball and odds change constantly to reflect the state of the game. You can follow the action on unexch.net/live-cricket-score while your in-play bets are active. Note that in-play markets can be suspended briefly around wickets or other key events.

The minimum stake on Unexch cricket markets is Rs 50. There is no hard upper limit on stake size — however, the maximum you can match in any given market is limited by the liquidity available from other players at those odds. Large stakes at very specific odds may be partially matched.

If a match is officially declared abandoned, rained off or assigned a no-result by the relevant cricket board, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned to your PKR wallet. This applies to all match markets. Tournament outright bets (e.g. PSL winner) remain in place — the match result simply doesn't count toward those markets.

Aviator, Teen Patti, jackpot slots and live casino on Unexch

Aviator is a crash-style game where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs from there. You place your bet before the round starts, then watch the multiplier increase. You must cash out before the plane "flies away" — if you don't cash out before it crashes, your stake is lost. Unexch offers six player protection tools accessible from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming: deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, cool-off periods (1 day to 6 months) and self-exclusion (minimum 12 months or permanent). Use the cool-off period feature in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. You can pause all betting and deposit activity for between 24 hours and 6 months. Your account remains open but inactive during this time. When the period ends, your account automatically reactivates. A cool-off period is the right choice if you need a rest but don't want to close your account permanently.

Self-exclusion permanently closes your Unexch account and blocks re-registration for a minimum of 12 months — or permanently if you choose. It is not reversible during the chosen period. Self-exclusion is enforced at login — your CNIC, mobile number and device fingerprint are all flagged. To activate self-exclusion, email support@unexch.net. It is processed immediately by our responsible gaming team.

No. If you have an active cool-off period, self-exclusion or a deposit limit below your historical average, our marketing system will not send you promotional messages. Your responsible gaming choices are respected across all communication channels — not just at the game level. This is a firm policy, not just a preference setting.

Our security team will investigate, freeze suspicious activity if necessary and work with you to secure the account.

Never. Unexch will never ask for your password, OTP or payment PIN through any channel — including WhatsApp, phone calls, SMS or email. Anyone asking for these details is attempting to scam you. Unexch's only official support contact is support@unexch.net. If you receive any suspicious contact claiming to be Unexch, report it to us immediately.

Unexch collects date of birth at registration and verifies age via CNIC during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately, winnings are voided and deposited funds are returned. If you suspect a minor is using your payment details to access Unexch, contact support@unexch.net immediately — we investigate and close such accounts without delay.
