Unexch Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below:

• "Unexch" refers to the online sports betting exchange and casino platform accessible at unexch.net and all associated mobile pages and services.
• "Account" means the registered player account held in your name on Unexch, including your PKR balance, bet history and profile information.
• "Balance" refers to the total Pakistani Rupee (PKR) funds held in your Unexch account at any given time, including any withdrawable winnings and active bonus funds.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on a sports event, exchange market, casino game, live casino table, slot game or any other wagering product available on Unexch.
• "Bonus Funds" are non-withdrawable promotional credits added to your account that become withdrawable cash only after meeting applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Funds" means money you have deposited to your Unexch account from your own verified payment method.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and payment verification process required by Unexch before processing withdrawals above stated thresholds.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any behaviour listed in Section 10 of these Terms, including fraud, abuse of bonuses, use of automated betting tools and collusion.

To access real-money betting and gaming on Unexch, you are required to register a player account. During registration you must provide accurate, truthful and current information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information at any stage of registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Unexch permits only one account per individual. One account per mobile number, per CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) number, per device, per household and per payment method. If our system detects multiple accounts linked to a single individual, all accounts beyond the first will be suspended pending review. Winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

Unexch reserves the right to request additional verification at any point during your membership. Failure to comply with verification requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions until the matter is resolved.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on Unexch. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Unexch conducts age verification checks as part of the KYC process. If at any stage it is found that a player is under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings voided and any deposited funds returned to the source payment method after deducting any transaction costs incurred by the platform.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not access Unexch or any online betting service. We encourage all households to use parental control software where appropriate.

Before Unexch processes your first withdrawal — or at any point where we deem it necessary — you will be required to complete identity verification. This process protects both you and the platform against fraud, money laundering and unauthorised account access.

The standard KYC documents required by Unexch include:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back)
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC, clearly showing your face and the ID
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and mobile number
• Additional documents may be requested for high-value accounts or where there are concerns about account activity

Unexch will process KYC submissions within 2–3 business days. You will receive a notification once verification is complete or if any documents need to be resubmitted. All KYC documents are handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All deposits to Unexch are held and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from third parties into your Unexch account, is prohibited and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests on Unexch are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals submitted to unverified accounts will be held pending verification completion.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 10,00,000 (Rs 10 lakh) — larger amounts require prior arrangement with support
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay): typically processed within 1 hour during business hours
• Bank transfers (IBFT): typically 1–2 business days
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed at the next available time

Unexch does not charge a fee on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside Unexch's control. Only real funds (deposited money and cash winnings) are withdrawable. Bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

Unexch offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically between 20× and 35× the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Unmet wagering requirements on bonuses will result in those bonus funds being removed from your account after the expiry date.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: When you have active bonus funds, bets exceeding Rs 1,000 per round may result in those bonus funds being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any time. You must complete or forfeit a current bonus before claiming another.

All sports bets placed on Unexch are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market type, available within the relevant betting market on the platform. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, amend or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the exchange or sportsbook system.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or reduced in overs (for cricket), specific void and settlement rules apply. These are published within each market's rules section on Unexch.
• If the result of an event is in genuine doubt — for example, official scoreline discrepancies — Unexch reserves the right to suspend settlement until an official result is confirmed by the governing body.
• Minimum bet on Unexch sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Unexch operates an exchange model for cricket and select other sports. On exchange markets, bets are matched between players. Unexch takes a commission of up to 2% on net winnings from exchange markets.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. Once a live bet is confirmed, it is subject to the same irrevocable rules as pre-match bets.

All casino games on Unexch — including jackpot slots, live casino tables, Teen Patti, and Aviator — are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the game software provider. Unexch presents these games and processes payments, but game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software.

Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are accurate figures based on millions of spins across the full player population. Individual session results will naturally vary. Unexch does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.

• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection mid-game, Unexch will resolve the situation based on the game server's last confirmed state. Any bets that were in progress but not confirmed by the server at the point of fault will be voided and stakes returned.
• Jackpot prizes shown on Unexch are live figures that update in real time. The jackpot displayed at the moment a winning spin is confirmed is the jackpot that will be paid — subsequent changes to the display do not affect the settled prize.
• Live casino tables operate on real-time streaming with live dealers. If a stream is interrupted, all active hands or rounds in progress at the time of interruption will be settled according to the game rules or voided, at Unexch's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Unexch. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure, along with forfeiture of relevant funds:

• Creating or operating more than one account on Unexch
• Using fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment methods to deposit
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker or exchange betting to manipulate outcomes
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or system vulnerabilities — any winnings from known errors must be reported and will be voided
• Money laundering or using Unexch for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity
• Any form of matched betting designed to exploit bonus terms while bearing no genuine risk
• Aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour toward Unexch staff or other players

Unexch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary self-closure or self-exclusion)
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 months or more may be subject to a dormancy review

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons (i.e., player-initiated closure, not closure due to Terms breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method after deducting any applicable processing charges. Bonus funds remaining in a closed account are not returnable.

Unexch is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress, personal harm or compulsive behaviour. The following tools are available to every Unexch account holder:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit to your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately or increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session limits: Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cool-off period: Take a break from Unexch for a defined period (7 days to 6 months). Your account will be temporarily suspended for gaming during this time.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Unexch. Contact support@unexch.net to initiate permanent self-exclusion. This cannot be reversed.

Unexch collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on Unexch, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Unexch does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention or where required by applicable law. All data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption protocols.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a bet settlement, a payment, a bonus or any other aspect of your Unexch account, please follow the process below:

• Step 1: Contact Unexch support via email at support@unexch.net, describing the issue clearly and including your account username, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant reference numbers.
• Step 2: Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Complex cases involving bet settlement disputes may take longer and will be communicated accordingly.
• Step 3: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to our senior disputes team by replying to your case thread and requesting escalation. Escalated cases will receive a final decision within 10 business days.

Unexch's decisions on dispute resolutions are final within the scope of the platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal process is subject to the governing law applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction.

Unexch reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification at the time of their next login. Continued use of Unexch following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The most recent version of these Terms will always be available at unexch.net/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. If you disagree with any changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
